Marina Montalto

Marina Montalto is a specialist in strategic positioning and relationship-building for luxury brands and executives. Recognized as one of the most followed women in the luxury sector in Italy on LinkedIn, she also connects with an audience of over 60,000 followers on Instagram. At 32 years old, her approach is thoughtful, composed, and consistent: building lasting connections and enhancing perceived value.

She works across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, with offices in both Milan’s Piazza del Duomo and Tokyo. Marina collaborates with international brands and institutions, always guided by a deep respect for culture, context, and identity. For the LVMH Group, she serves as a consultant and trainer on perceived value creation in the luxury world and personal branding on LinkedIn, with a focus on the luxury market.

She is also a lecturer at Il Sole 24 Ore Business School, where she teaches in the Master programs dedicated to the Luxury Business, focusing on Luxury Personal Branding and Customer Design Experience Planning. Marina has also been a TEDx speaker, where she explored the theme of luxury in everyday life, offering a refined and accessible perspective on the subject.

Marina founded MSB – Minerva Sensorial Branding, a consultancy firm dedicated to strategic positioning, public relations, and meaningful brand partnerships in the luxury sector. She leads an all-female international team based in Milan and Tokyo.

She also created TLWC – The Leading Women Circle, a private circle that brings together women in top leadership roles from the worlds of luxury, finance, and hospitality. It offers curated opportunities for high-level dialogue and exchange.

In addition, she launched Unconventional Luxury Magazine, an independent editorial project that highlights some of Italy’s most remarkable locations and brands. In partnership with Maserati, she traveled across the country to portray the journey of an independent, empowered woman who chooses her own path—with grace and clarity.
